Living In A Bottle
Image by swobso
I found myself living in a bottle.
Swimming in it sip by sip,
With the moon shining ever so brightly,
With the moon shining ever so brightly,
An illumination of peace in mind.
The liquid washed away the sores,
And with every drip,
Sorrow is slowly washed to shore.
I dived deeper into the bottle,
Drowning in it gulp by gulp;
The deeper I went,
The stronger the intensity.
I was free,
Free from prejudice,
Free from injustice,
Free from society's dastardly deeds.
The lower I went,
The higher I got.
And once I reached the bottom,
I crawled on all fours,
Puking my guts out,
Until there was nothing left;
An exasperation of asphyxiation.
